To order a new Neema Mastercard through the mobile app, follow these steps:
Open the Neema app on your mobile device.
Tap Get your card now on the main screen.
Complete the quick application form.
Upload your secondary ID document according to your citizenship status.
Wait while the Neema team reviews your order. You will receive an in-app confirmation notification as soon as your card order is approved.
Secondary ID Document Requirements
Document requirements for ordering a Neema Mastercard depend on whether your account is registered as a non-Israeli citizen or an Israeli citizen.
Secondary ID Requirements for Non-Israeli Citizens
Non-Israeli citizens ordering a Neema Mastercard must upload a valid secondary ID document. Accepted secondary ID options:
Government-issued photo ID: A valid, non-expired ID other than your passport. Accepted documents include a Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, OWWA ID, Teudat Zehut, PAN ID, Aadhaar.
Valid visa: A valid visa with a clear photo.
Proof of address or income: A payslip or official bill (such as a health insurance policy or water bill) that clearly displays all the following information:
Full name
Passport number
Date of birth or Israel home address (the address should match the address in your Neema account)
Secondary ID Requirements for Israeli Citizens
Israeli citizens ordering a Neema Mastercard must provide one of the following valid documents:
Valid passport
Valid driver’s license
Military ID card (חוגר)
Military discharge certificate (תעודת שחרור)
Reserve duty certificate (תעודת מילואים)
Officer certificate (תעודת קצין)
If you do not have any of the documents listed above, you can submit an official document (such as a salary payslip, utility bill for water/electricity/arnona/gas, complete rental lease agreement, health insurance document, or National Insurance document). The uploaded document must clearly display at least one of the following information combinations:
Combination 1: Your photo + Teudat Zehut (ID) number
Combination 2: Full name + Date of birth or Israel home address (the address should match the address in your Neema account)
Combination 3: Teudat Zehut (ID) number + Date of birth or Israel home address (the address should match the address in your Neema account)

Once your Neema Mastercard order is approved, you can select your preferred delivery or collection method in the Neema app.

You cannot have more than 1 active card per Neema account.
Replacing an Existing Card
Replacement card details: If you re-order a new Neema Mastercard to replace an existing card, the card details (such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV) on the new card will be different from the old card.
Why was my card order rejected?
If your Neema Mastercard order was rejected, it means 1 of your uploaded documents did not meet the verification criteria.
To resolve a rejected card order, check the following details:
Ensure that the primary passport or ID document uploaded to your account is valid and not expired.
Ensure that the secondary ID document uploaded satisfies the secondary ID criteria and is valid and not expired.
Re-submit clear, unexpired copies of both required documents in the chat.
