Your Neema Mastercard has its own balance, separate from your main Neema account. When you have money on the Neema account balance it doesn't mean that you have money on the card balance.
How to load an unload the Neema card
Once the card is activated you can load money to it.
Open the Neema app
Press Card on the bottom side of the home screen
Press Load and enter the amount you want to transfer from the Neema account to the Neema card. This is the only way to add money to your Neema card balance.
Once the load is completed the amount will be deducted from you Neema account balance and added to your Neema card balance. The load happens instantly.
In order to Unload the Neema card, press Unload on the Neema Card tab an enter the amount you want to transfer from your Neema card balance to your Neema account balance. The unload happens instantly.
Which currency gets used first? Transfers automatically take NIS (Shekels) first. If you don't have Shekels, it will convert and use your USD instead.
Why can't I load the Neema card?
First of all please check if you have reached the Neema Card limits
If the limit is not reached and the card is active, there might be a connection problem. Please wait for about 30 minutes and try to load/unload the card again.
