Important notes and restrictions
Individual transfers only: Sending is supported only to individuals (no business transfers).
Language requirements: Use Latin letters only (a-z) with no special characters.
Name length limit: Recipient names are limited to a maximum of 18 characters. If longer, it must be shortened to a bank-accepted format.
Address rules:
Complete residential address is required. PO Boxes are strictly not accepted.
No special characters in house numbers.
State must use the official 2-letter abbreviation.
US domestic routing: Transfers are processed as domestic US transfers. No IBAN is required.
Sending to bank accounts
Required information of the beneficiary:
First and last name (individuals only, no businesses)
Account number (4–17 digits, digits only)
Routing number (ABA / ACH / RTN / Fedwire – 9 digits)
Full residential address (House Number, Street Name, Apt/Suite, City, State 2-letter abbreviation, ZIP Code)
Address Example: 123 Main Street, Apt 4B, Miami, FL, 33101
