The Neema app allows you to hold, manage, and exchange balances across multiple supported currencies, including:

- Israeli Shekel (ILS)
- US Dollar (USD)
- Euro (EUR)
- British Pound (GBP)
- Thai Baht (THB)
- Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR)

Neema charges a fee of 0 ILS / 0 USD for performing currency conversions inside the Neema app.

How to convert currencies between balances inside the Neema app

To convert money between your held currency balances in the Neema app, follow these steps:

Open the Neema app on your mobile device.

Tap Convert on the main home screen.

Enter the amount of money you want to exchange.

Select the source currency you want to convert from and the target currency you want to receive.

Tap Convert to confirm the transaction.

Check the top of the Neema app home screen to view your updated balance for each currency.

When converting money within the Neema app, review the following exchange rules and market conditions:

Difference Between Buy and Sell Rates: Money dealers quote separate buying rates and selling rates to incorporate trading margins. Because buying and selling rates are not identical, converting funds into another currency and immediately converting them back will result in a lower total amount than your original balance.
