How to Transfer Money to Another Neema Account

Neema-to-Neema (N2N) transfers allow you to send money instantly to another Neema user or receive money from another Neema account to top up your account balance.

How to send money from one Neema account to another Neema account (N2N)

Follow these steps to send money via Neema-to-Neema (N2N):

  1. Open the Neema app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap N2N at the bottom of the main screen.

  3. Allow the Neema app access to your device contacts (optional).

  4. Tap Send to a phone number.

  5. Enter the mobile phone number of the beneficiary (ensure the recipient has an active Neema account).

  6. Enter the transfer amount.

  7. Add a comment to describe the transfer (optional).

  8. Review the transfer details and tap Send.

Neema-to-Neema (N2N) Transaction Limits

Neema-to-Neema (N2N) transfers are subject to maximum monthly sending and receiving limits:

  • Monthly receiving limit: Up to 100,000 ILS per calendar month

  • Monthly sending limit: Up to 40,000 ILS per calendar month

  • Cumulative N2N monthly limit: Up to $10,000 USD (or equivalent in ILS) per calendar month

Neema-to-Neema (N2N) Fee Structure

Neema-to-Neema (N2N) transfers follow a tiered monthly fee schedule. Fees are calculated progressively, meaning only the portion of the transfer amount that falls within each tier is charged the corresponding rate.

Worked Example of N2N Fee Calculation

If you send a total of 1,500 NIS in a single calendar month using Neema-to-Neema (N2N):

  • First 250 NIS: Charged 0% fee (0.00 NIS)

  • Remaining 1,250 NIS (range 250.01–2,500 NIS): Charged at the tier rate 0.40% → 3.30 NIS

  • Total fee: 3.30 NIS

Cancellation and Reversibility Rules

Neema-to-Neema (N2N) transfers process instantly between accounts.

  • Once funds are credited to the recipient's Neema account, the transfer cannot be canceled or reversed. Due to legal banking regulations, Neema is unable to retrieve or reverse funds after they have been credited to the recipient's Neema account. Always verify the beneficiary's phone number before confirming a transfer.
