To deposit cash into your Neema account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Neema app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap Deposit.

  3. Tap Cash Deposit.

  4. Tap Find deposit location to view the nearest authorized location. The most updated list of the deposit locations you can find in the Neema app or on our website - https://getneema.com/en/personal/locations/

  5. Enter the exact cash deposit amount in the Neema app and tap Next to generate your unique deposit code.

  6. Visit the selected deposit location (an authorized agent or Neema branch).

  7. Present your generated deposit code along with your valid passport to the teller.

  8. Hand the cash amount to the teller to complete the transfer.

Is there a fee for a cash deposit?

Neema cash deposit fees depend on the currency deposited:

  • Israeli Shekel (ILS / ₪): No fee.

  • Foreign Currencies (USD / GBP / EUR): A 1% fee is deducted from the total deposited amount. Foreign currency deposits are only available in one of 2 Neema branches - in Tel-Aviv or in Haifa.

Neema Cash Deposit Limits

Deposit limits vary depending on account holder status and documentation:

  • Israeli ID Holders: Up to 10,000 ILS per month.

  • Foreign Passport Holders: Up to 12,000 USD per individual deposit
