Sending to bank accounts

In order to send to bank accounts in the United Arab Emirates,

All you need is the following details of the person you want to send money to:

✅ First name and last name in English

✅ The IBAN of the beneficiary account

✅his ID number (from his local ID card)

✅ Expiry date of his ID card

✅His local phone number including the international prefix (with the plus sign at the beginning)

Sending for cash collection

A "Cash Pickup" money transfer service will be available on the "Al Fardan Exchange" network in the United Arab Emirates.

This link can be used to find the nearest location but the code you will receive from your Neema app can be used in any location: https://alfardanexchange.com/branches/all

🚨In a transfer for cash pickup, the name of the person you are transferring the money to must match the ID of the person who will collect the transfer.

You must manually enter the exact first name and last name as written on the beneficiary's identity card, and do not choose a nickname or a contact name or use initials unless these appear also in the ID card.

After sending, the beneficiary will receive a mobile collection code via SMS, on the telephone number that you entered when creating the contact, with which he will go to the collection point, present it to the representative at the point and collect the money.

***The beneficiary must be asked to come to the point with an ID card.

🚨Important to know - to send money to the United Arab Emirates,

The amount of money the beneficiary will receive must be rounded (without pennies).

Meaning, when you send, you must enter the exact amount you want the beneficiary to receive in dollars and without cents
