1/ Transfers to a bank account in BRAZIL are made locally and require local account information. Not the IBAN.

You will need the following:

the bank name (labeled bank account name inside the app)

the account number: it is either 9 or 10 digits, all numbers, no letters

the CPF number or TAX number: CPF (bene id_number) must always have 11 digits

(it is possible to check the CPF for accuracy on this website: https://www.situacao-cadastral.com/)

the branch number: it has 4 numbers and it can be found by the client on the card provided by the bank, its called Cdigo da agencia in Portuguese.

The minimum transfer is 10 BRL

The list of banks we work with are inside your app and visible when you create a new contact.

COST and Transfer time:

the Neema transfer fee is minimum $3 or 1% and you can transfer a maximum of $10000 in each transaction. If you have more than $10000 then you have to make another transaction.

The transfer time is next business day with a daily cut off time of 3PM local (Brazil) time.

2/ Transfers to PIX

Pix is a real time payment platform developed by the Brazil central bank.

Here are the steps to make a PIX transfer using Neema:

Step 1: choose PIX as the delivery method inside the Neema app

Step 2: in the account number box type the PIX number of the beneficiary (11 digits and generally the account number connected to the beneficiary PIX service)

Step 3: in the CPF number box type the beneficiary tax ID number

Step 4: click Next and your transfer will be submitted.

The minimum amount that a beneficiary can receive is BRL 1000 . There is no maximum limit for transactions so the limits are those of the Neema app.
