tips and tricks to make your transfer to brazil CPF number and terminology

Transfers to BRAZIL are made locally and require local account information. Not the IBAN.

You will need the following:

the bank name (labeled bank account name inside the app)

the account number: it is either 9 or 10 digits, all numbers, no letters

the CPF number or TAX number: CPF (bene id_number) must always have 11 digits

(it is possible to check the CPF for accuracy on this website: https://www.situacao-cadastral.com/)

the branch number: it has 4 numbers and it can be found by the client on the card provided by the bank, its called Cdigo da agencia in Portuguese.

The minimum transfer is 10 BRL

COST and Transfer time

the Neema transfer fee is minimum $3 or 1% and you can transfer a maximum of $2000 in each transaction. If you have more than $2000 then you have to make another transaction.

The transfer time is next business day with a daily cut off time of 3PM local (Brazil) time.
