Deposit From Home is a unique service from NEEMA. It allows you to transfer money from your Doar/postal account to Neema without using your DOAR app at all!
It requires a one-time registration inside the app to create the connection between your Neema app and your DOAR account. This first step takes up to 3 days and is needed only one time. It is FREE.
It is an extra deposit OPTION that is not necessary to use every month if you do not need it.
If you are approved then you will be able to type the amount to transfer between your DOAR account for deposit to your NEEMA account. If you have enough balance in your DOAR account then the deposit inside your Neema account will happen after maximum 2 business days. the service is FREE.
LIMITS:
You can transfer like this up to 49000 shekels. You can use the service up to 4 times in one month and it is necessary to wait for one transfer to complete before you ask for another transfer. The total amount that can be transfered in one month is 100.000 shekels.
BEFORE you ask for a transfer make sure to check your available balance inside your DOAR account and always request 20 shekel less. EXAMPLE: if you have 3000 NIS then enter inside your Neema app the amount of 2980 NIS only.
If you are not approved then you can inform us and we will check what is the reason. This could be on our side or on DOAR side. If it is on our side then we will fix the problem and you will be then able to register again. If it is on DOAR side then we advise you to go to your DOAR branch and ask to fix your contact details. This could be because of an error with your name and last name or your passport number.
