What is Fast Bank Transfer in Neema?
Fast Bank Transfer allows Neema Salary Account holders to send a digital payment request directly to their own personal bank account or to an employer's bank account. Once the bank account holder (the payer) approves the request inside their own banking app, the money is deposited into your Neema balance immediately. This service is free of charge from the Neema's side.
*Fast Bank Transfer is available exclusively to Neema Salary Account (Account type 21) users*
How to Complete a Fast Bank Transfer:
Open the Neema app and tap Deposit.
Select the Fast Bank Transfer option from the deposit menu.
Enter the bank account details of the person or entity receiving the request, including:
Full name of the bank account holder
Bank name
Branch number
Account number
Review the details you entered and tap the Send to Bank button. You can submit only one payment request at a time. You cannot open a second request while one is pending.
Have the bank account holder log in to their external banking app and approve the incoming payment request. Once approved, the funds transfer to your Neema balance immediately.
If the request is not approved within 5 hours, the request cancels automatically and no funds are transferred.
Important Rules and Expirations
Declined Requests: If the bank account holder declines the payment request in their banking app, Neema will send you an in-app notification and the deposit will not be processed.
How do I change the bank account I use for Fast Bank Transfer?
You can save only one bank account for Fast Bank Transfer deposits. To change your saved bank account details, contact Neema Customer Support. The support team will remove your previously saved bank account so you can enter a new one.

Why the Fast Bank Transfer did not get through?
Payer did not receive the payment request: Advise the payer to check their banking app notifications directly or log in to their bank account, as push notifications may occasionally be delayed.
Request expired or was declined: If a request expires after 5 hours or is declined by the bank, you must start a new deposit request from the beginning inside the Neema app.
