You can withdraw cash from Neema in two ways:

  • Directly from your Neema account balance – Visit an official Neema branch in Tel-Aviv or Haifa.

  • Using your Neema card at an ATM – Withdraw cash at any ATM (standard Neema card limits apply).

You can withdraw cash directly from your Neema account balance (when funds are held in your main account balance and not loaded onto your Neema card) by visiting an official Neema branch location - in Tel-Aviv or Haifa.

Checking Foreign Currency Availability Before Your Visit

Before visiting a Neema branch to withdraw US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR), please provide us the amount and the date of withdrawal. A Neema support agent will verify and confirm that the requested foreign currency is currently available in stock at your chosen Neema branch location before you arrive.

Branch Withdrawal Fees

Fees for direct cash withdrawals at a Neema branch depend on the currency you withdraw:

  • US Dollar (USD) or Euro Cash Withdrawal: Free (0 USD/EUR fee)

  • Israeli Shekel (ILS) Cash Withdrawal: 1% fee of the total withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of 15 ILS and a maximum fee cap of 60 ILS.

Branch Cash Withdrawal Limits

Direct cash withdrawals from a Neema branch are subject to the following monthly restrictions:

  • Maximum Monthly Amount: Up to $45,000 USD (or the equivalent value in ILS) per calendar month (from 1st until 31st of the month)

  • Maximum Monthly Transactions: Up to 5 cash withdrawals per calendar month

72-Hour Hold for Credit Card Deposits

If you deposited money into your Neema account using a credit card, you must wait 72 hours after the deposit before you can withdraw cash from your Neema account.

Method 2: Withdrawing Cash via ATM Using the Neema Card
