What You Can Do at a Neema Branch

Visiting a branch gives you access to full, face-to-face assistance. Here is what you can do when you stop by:

  • Pick Up Your Neema Mastercard: Collect your new physical card on the spot—no waiting for postal delivery.

  • Deposit Cash: Add Shekels (ILS) or foreign currencies directly to your account balance.

  • Withdraw Cash: Take out cash directly from your Neema wallet balance in-person.

  • Get Account & Verification Support: Get help activating your app, verifying your ID, updating your details, or resolving account questions with our team in person.

Always remember to bring a valid official ID (Passport or Israeli ID) whenever you visit a branch for card pickups, withdrawals, or account support!

How to Find Your Nearest Location in the App

You don't need to search through address lists online! The fastest way to locate a nearby Neema location is directly inside your Neema app:

  1. Open your Neema app and tap Deposit on the main screen.

  2. Select Cash Deposit.

  3. View the live map: The app will automatically show interactive map pins and a list of all active deposit points around your current location.

  4. Check details: Tap any location to see its exact address, directions, and opening hours before you head out.

Make sure to bring a valid photo ID (Passport or Israeli ID)!
