If your active Neema card is going to expire in less than 3 months, you can order a replacement ahead of time to keep using your card without any delays.
1.Go to the Card tab:
Open the Neema app and navigate to the Card tab. You will see a banner that says: "This card is about to expire. On [date] it will stop being active." Tap on the banner.
2.Tap Order now:
You will be taken to a screen titled "Time to order a new card." Tap the Order now button at the bottom.
3.Complete the order:
Follow the prompts to complete your card order. The process is exactly the same as ordering a usual Neema card.
4. Follow the status of the card order on the top of the Card Tab
5. Activate your new card:
Once you receive your new physical card, activate it directly in the Neema app.
Important details about your new card:
Automatic cancellation: Once your new card is activated, your old card will be cancelled automatically.
Balance transfer: The money you had on your previous card will automatically transfer to your main Neema account balance.
New credentials: Your new card will have a brand new card number, expiration date, CVV, and a new PIN code.
