📋 Neema SIM Top-Up Overview
Neema offers rechargeable SIM packages specifically for customers using "Pelephone" rechargeable SIM cards.
To use this service, you have two options:
Option A: Obtain a new SIM card directly from Neema and activate a Neema SIM package.
Option B: Activate a Neema SIM package on an existing Pelephone "open" prepaid SIM card.
Important Package Information:
SIM Compatibility Rules: You can only top-up an open prepaid Pelephone SIM card (including SIM cards received directly from Neema). Other types of Pelephone SIM cards cannot be topped up. SIM cards purchased from resellers or ported to another network cannot be recharged via Neema.
Account Balance Check: Always ensure you have sufficient funds in your Neema account balance to cover the full cost of the selected prepaid package before attempting a top-up.
Pricing & Data: Packages vary in price, data volume (gigabytes), and call minutes. You can select the package that best fits your needs.
📲 Step-by-Step Guide: How to Top-Up a SIM Card
Follow these multi-step instructions to purchase and apply a top-up package to a Pelephone SIM card using the Neema app:
Open the Neema App
Launch the Neema app on your mobile device.
Access the SIM Section
Tap the SIM button located in the upper right corner of the main screen.
Select Your Desired Package
Browse through the available SIM packages.
Tap the package that fits your required amount of internet data (gigabytes), call minutes, and preferred price.
Enter the Phone Number
Type in the phone number you want to top-up.
Note: The entered phone number must belong to an active, "open" prepaid Pelephone SIM card. Numbers from other providers or "closed" Pelephone sim-cards will not be accepted by the system.
Confirm and Complete
Tap Next to confirm the details and complete the package purchase using your Neema account balance.
🚫 Existing Number Migration Requirements
If you want to keep your current phone number when switching from a previous provider to Neema, you must perform the migration in person.
Where to Migrate Your Number:
Visit one of the official physical Neema branches to migrate your number - in Tel-Aviv or Haifa
Ineligible Providers:
Number migration to Neema will not work for phone numbers from the following SIM providers:

🧾 How to Check Your SIM Purchase History
To confirm that your SIM top-up was successful and view your past package transactions:
Open the Neema app on your mobile device.
Tap the SIM button in the upper right corner of the main screen.
Tap Purchases in the SIM top-up section to view your full history of previous SIM package top-ups.
