How to View Your Neema Card Transaction History
To view all your previous transactions made specifically with your Neema card, follow these steps in the app:
Open the Neema app on your mobile device.
Tap the Card section on the main navigation screen.
Scroll to the lower part of the screen to view your transaction history.
To verify that your transaction history is displaying properly, check that your past purchases appear listed below the main card menu.
Navigating Transactions by Month
Your Neema card transaction history is organized by month to help you track your spending over time.
Switch between months: Tap the month selection button at the top of the transaction list to switch views and inspect transactions made in a specific month.
To confirm you are viewing the correct time frame, verify that the active month label matches the period you want to inspect.
Obtaining Receipts for Neema Card Transactions
Please note that the Neema app does not provide or store official purchase receipts for transactions made with your Neema card.
How to get a transaction receipt: To obtain an official purchase receipt, you must request it directly from the business or merchant where you completed the purchase.
