1/ an Israeli telephone number (for phone number verification)

2/ a valid passport if you are not Israeli or a valid teudat zeut if you are Israeli

3/ download the app from your device app store. Either google play store or apple store. Search for "Neema" and select the app with the purple lion icon.

4/ INSTALL and open then press on create new account

5/ follow the steps until you reach the HOME page. It is possible to stop and continue after you have created your password. (make sure to write it down or remember it until your account is verified)
