The code Neema will give you is from the Intelexpress network. It is not possible to use the Neema code at this partner location.
The pickup code will be sent by SMS to the number given in the contact details of the receiver and is also visible inside the Neema app through the recent activity page. The code has one letter and 7 numbers:
example: 62X85000 (8 digits)
Beneficiaries can receive transfers with Turkish ID Cards, Passports, temporary protection identity document, Residence Permit Document, and if they have Entry & Exit Document, they can also use ID Cards of foreign countries that Turkey requires only ID Cards for entry.
If they do not provide Entry & Exit Document with their ID Card of a foreign country, it is not possible for them to receive their transfers.
Cash pickup transfers can only receive money in USD and a maximum of $10.000 per day from Payporter. It is possible to send up to $20.000 in one month with Neema.
Bak transfer can only be received in local currency with the regular Neema limits.
