💳 Deposit via Credit or Debit card to my Neema Account

Supported Cards: Only local Israeli credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, and Direct debit cards issued by standard Israeli credit card companies, specifically Isracard, Visa Cal, or MAX.

Unsupported Cards: American Express, Diners Club, prepaid cards, or Direct debit cards issued specifically by Visa Cal.

Tourist Cards are not accepted: Cards not issued by one of the standard Israeli credit card companies (Isracard, Visa Cal, or MAX) are classified as tourist cards and cannot be used for deposits due to security regulations.

Funds deposited using a regular Israeli credit card are credited immediately to your Neema account

🚨Limit: You can deposit up to 60,000 ILS per month from regular credit cards

You can only keep 2 credit cards saved in your Neema account. To replace one of the cards please follow these steps

Direct or debit cards must be registered in your own name.

The first time you deposit using a Direct debit card, Neema conducts a one-time identity verification with your card company. This verification charges a 1 ILS fee and takes about 48 business hours to complete (excluding weekends and official public holidays). After this initial verification is complete, all future deposits made with that Direct or debit card will credit immediately.

🚨Limit: You can deposit up to 25,000 ILS per month

You can only keep one direct or debit card saved in your Neema account

Maximum Transactions: You can perform up to 10 card deposit transactions per day into your Neema account.

Maximum Transactions: You can perform up to 35 total card deposit transactions per month (whichever threshold is reached first).

DOAR (Postal Bank) or MONOX/Bank of Jerusalem cards may have a deposit limit of 1,000 ILS per deposit. You can increase this limit by contacting your card company directly
