❓Why Duplicate Transactions Occur
A duplicate transaction occurs when you notice two charges from the same merchant, on the same date, for the exact same amount on your Neema card.
In most cases, a duplicate transaction happens because:
A transaction was successfully charged by the merchant.
A corresponding temporary authorization hold(frame) did not drop automatically, making it appear as though your Neema account was charged twice for a single purchase.
How to Report a Duplicate Transaction to Neema
If you identify two identical charges on your Neema card for the same date and amount:
Please provide the following required transaction details to the Neema support agent:
Transaction amount (in exact figures)
Transaction date
Business or merchant name where the purchase was made
Providing these exact details allows the Neema support team to contact the card issuer and verify whether the second transaction can be canceled manually or determine when it will automatically expire and be released back to your Neema account.
