Important notes and restrictions

  • All transfers to the Eurozone are processed via the SEPA network.

  • Transfers are only available within the SEPA network (European Union, Nordics, and Switzerland) and cannot be used between two countries outside the network.

  • Eligible for accounts held by individuals or small businesses.

  • Not supported for companies registered as electronic money accounts (EMI accounts).

Sending to a bank account

  • Required information of the beneficiary:

    • IBAN : Must start with a 2-letter capital ISO country code (e.g., FR for France, BE for Belgium, DE for Germany) with no extra spaces or lowercase letters.

    • BIC (SWIFT) code: may be required when sending to certain countries.

    • The beneficiary's account must be in euros

  • Transaction limits: Not specified

  • Transaction currency: EUR(euro)

  • Transfer time: Up to 48 hours (usually 1 business day).

  • Other restrictions for sending: Available for supported European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Nordics, and Switzerland
