Your recent activity page will automatically update the status of your international transfers, from Neema to another country, when NEEMA receives an update.

To view your recent activity use the "more" tab then press on recent activity:

Once you enter your recent activity, each transaction will have a corresponding status, starting from the moment you sent the funds until they are successfully delivered to the recipient.

Here are the different statuses and corresponding actions for your reference:

1. Sent: You have just sent the transfer. Less than 1 hour.

2. Buffered/Unknown: The transfer is still in progress or, if more than 24 hours have passed, it may be on hold for compliance reasons by the receiving bank. If it has been more than 24 hours, the bank is inspecting the transaction. In such cases, please provide the receiver's full name and date of birth to our customer support through chat or phone (035174404). Make sure to include the Neema transfer code, which starts with "Neema" followed by 6 numbers.

3. Arrived: The money has reached the receiver's country. If you have sent a cash pickup, this status means that the money is already available for collection with the transfer code.

4. Picked Up: The transfer has been completed and the funds have been paid to the receiver's account or collected through cash pickup. It is not possible to cancel a transfer in this status.

5. Declined: The transfer has been canceled and refunded to your DOLLAR account. Please log out and log back in to see the change in your DOLLAR account balance. You can send the transfer again in this status. If the transfer is not refunded then please contact support with the transfer number and ask for the refund to be made manually.

If you encounter a "Picked Up" status but the receiver does not see the transfer, please request a bank statement and ensure that you used the correct account number of the receiver.
