Transfers to all major South African BANKS are available on Neema.

As part of the South African Reserve Bank regulations, the beneficiary must register and complete the KYC (know your customer) procedure for the first transaction. This is then valid for a year.

Transfers made after registration will then be processed in up to 2 hours.

The beneficiary will be contacted via Email and/or SMS (for the instructions), with a link to use that will take the receiver to the registration page. If the receiver has not done the registration, the transaction will remain in Pending or arrived state.

Make sure you provided a valid number or email so that your receiver can be reached.

Our payout partner will contact the beneficiary to assist them with the registration process.
