To send with Neema you must first deposit funds into your Neema account.

Sending money internationally via the NEEMA app is a straightforward process that involves a few standardized steps. This guide outlines the general workflow as well as important details for specific scenarios, such as country-specific currency selection. Follow these steps to ensure your transfer is secure and accurate.

Once there is money in your Neema account begin by creating a new contact or receiver account details. After you have created your contact using his full and real name then you are ready to select the amount to send.

  • Enter all required details for the recipient, including full legal name and mobile number with the proper country code. Double-check accuracy to prevent errors.

  • Once created, the recipient will appear in your list for future transfers.

You have to make sure that the account number has no spaces between the numbers. The same attention needs to be given to the beneficiary number.

When sending money to specific countries like Canada, China, or Andorra, ensure recipient details align with local requirements, as errors may result in delays or rejections.

You can send up to 10000$ per transfer or shekel equivalent at the available rate. You can make up to 5 transfers in one day. If you only have shekel then the Neema app will make a balance transfer automatically from your shekel to your dollar account before sending.

After you send you will get a transaction id to your text message SMS and of course inside your Neema.

You will then be able to see your transfers by going to recent activity.
