To send with Neema you must first deposit funds into your Neema account.

Once there is money in your Neema account begin by creating a new contact or receiver account details. After you have created your contact using his full and real name then you are ready to select the amount to send.

You have to make sure that the account number has no spaces between the numbers. The same attention needs to be given to the beneficiary number.

You can send up to 10000$ per transfer or shekel equivalent at the available rate. You can make up to 5 transfers in one day. If you only have shekel then the Neema app will make a balance transfer automatically from your shekel to your dollar account before sending.

After you send you will get a transaction id to your text message SMS and of course inside your Neema.

You will then be able to see your transfers by going to recent activity.

You can use that to get support from us. It looks like this: Neema123456 (example only)

You can also use your recent activity to see the status of your international transfer from beginning to end according to the following steps below:

1/ sent/buffered

2/arrived (in the destination country)

3/pickedup (paid)

There is a daily limit of $10000 and a monthly limit of $20000 in the Neema wallet.

*note: some countries will have lower daily limits than what is possible to transfer with Neema.
