forgot your password or wish to change your password or not able to login

Neema is a financial services provider and we want you to keep your account and the money inside safe.

There are a few ways to login to your account depending on what is most comfortable.

If you use a password then you can change it before logging into the account or once you are already inside the Neema app.

1/ Before logging in you can find the reset password option in the middle of the login screen as below:

You will have to use the telephone that is registered with us in order to reset your password using this option. *it is possible to update your telephone with Neema by sending a selfie picture holding your passport and writing to us the old and new number either in the chat or at support@getneema.com

NOTE if you enter an incorrect password more than 3 times the app will LOCK. it will be necessary to contact our support if you want us to unlock access to your account. this is a security measure.

2/ The other option is inside the application, after you have successfully logged in. This assumes you remember your old password but wish to change it.

To reach this area go to the "more" tab on the bottom right then to "account settings".

If you did not receive a verification code in SMS, wait a few seconds and then you will have the option to receive the verification code for WhatsApp.

ANOTHER option is to login using the ID number option

Here you will need the telephone number you used to register with Neema and your passport number. If you hold Israeli ID then it will be your teudat zeut.

Press on ID number and follow the steps. you also receive a text message code. After you enter it the app will open. NOTE, this option is available up to 3 times in a 24 hour period. It is not possible to unlock it.

In every case we need to send you a one time passcode or OTP via SMS message you have to be in ISRAEL or ask our support team to remove the geo-block in the country you are in. The geo block will not be removed if you are in RUSSIA, NIGERIA and Uganda. This list is subject to change without prior notice as per our security assessments of events.
