Makati Cabalen is a store and supermarket located at the Central Station. This feature in the Neema app allows Neema account holders to purchase items or settle store balances by paying directly using their available Neema balance.
Eligibility and System Requirements
To use this feature, ensure you meet the following account and system rules before starting a transaction:
Target Audience: Available to all active Neema app account holders with a valid Makati Pawn Number.
Minimum Repayment Amount: 100 NIS per transaction.
Maximum Repayment Limits: Loan repayments are subject to regular Neema IL transaction and account limits.
Sufficient Balance: Your available Neema balance must cover the full repayment amount. If you enter an amount higher than your available Neema balance, the Neema app will block the transaction and display a Validation Error.
Failed or Bounced Transactions: If a loan repayment fails or is rejected (bounced), the Neema system sends an automatic notification SMS to the registered user. This SMS is automatically translated into your system language.
How to Repay a Makati Cabalen Loan
Follow this multi-step process to complete your Makati Cabalen loan repayment through the Neema app:
Open the Neema app on your mobile device.
Press More services on the home screen menu.
Choose Loan repayment from the list of services.
Choose Makati Cabalen.
Enter the amount you would like to repay (must be at least 100 NIS).
Choose the loan owner.
Enter the Pawn number. The Neema app will prompt you to enter the Pawn Number (Makati ID purchase number), which must be exactly 5 digits long.
Press Repay loan to authorize and complete the payment.
