To view your main Neema account balance for all available currencies, follow these steps:

Locate all your active account balances displayed in their respective currencies.

Understanding the Difference Between Neema Account Balance and Neema Card Balance

Your Neema account balance and your Neema card balance are two separate entities.

Neema Account Balance: Stores funds held within your main Neema multi-currency digital account.

Neema Card Balance: Stores funds loaded specifically onto your Neema Mastercard for daily spending and ATM withdrawals.

Having funds in your main Neema account balance does not mean those funds are automatically available on your Neema card balance. You must load funds from your Neema account to your Neema card to use them for card purchases.
