Neema offers service to all banks in India via real time processing using the official RBI (Reserve Bank of India) remittance platform called MTSS (Money Transfer Service Scheme).

As such, as soon as a Neema account holder orders a transfer the money is immediately sent to our local partner for processing via the MTSS platform.

The transfer time should not take more than 1 hour in most cases and no more than 24 hours. If 24 hours have already passed then check if there is a national holiday in INDIA. If not then you can send a message to our customer support team. Do not forget to provide your Neema transfer code. It starts with Neema followed by 6 numbers.

Following mergers, transfers to both Corporation Bank and Syndicate Bank are now replaced with transfers to either UNION bank or CANARA bank. Ask your bank for the new IFSC code.

In more than 95% of cases the transfer takes no more than 5 minutes and no more than 24 hours.

It is also now possible to send money using the UPI transfer option. Choose UPI inside your app as the sending method.

NRIs can use their international mobile numbers to activate UPI by linking them to their NRE or NRO accounts

  1. Bank Accounts Required: To use UPI, you need to have a bank account in India that is linked to your mobile number and registered with UPI.

  2. UPI Apps: UPI transactions can be initiated through various UPI-enabled apps provided by banks and other financial institutions. Some popular UPI apps include Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money), and many others.

The cost of transfer is just $3 up to $2000. So if you have $3500 to send you will pay $3 for $2000 then again $3 for $1500 for a total of $6.

You can send up to $10000 in one day and a maximum of $20000 in one month. Every customer needs to have his or her own private account.
