how do i send money to my Neema account from my employer or doar online, IBAN number

Neema allows you to receive a bank transfer from ANY israeli bank. This is a SAFE and secure deposit money option.

The Neema account number for all bank transfer form an Israeli bank is:

Name: Neema Shefa

Bank: Bank Mizrahi 20 (the number of the bank)

OLD account number (valid until November 30th 2024)

*If you made or received a transfer to this account you will still receive your transfer BUT make sure to change the account details for next time.

We only accept transfers in Israeli shekels. Transfers in foreign currency will automatically be refused and refunded by the bank without informing Neema.

After the transfer is made you have to:

  • ask for the transfer confirmation or take a screenshot of the transfer screen.

  • upload it inside your Neema app. The Neema app can use a picture from your gallery in jpg or png format (not in PDF) or use your camera to take a picture of a document.

  • we recommend using the FAST option when your transfer is from the postal/doar bank because then your transfer can be completed within 1 hour during the work day hours .

    • the Fast option uses the bank transfer receipt number and amount

  • *ONLY 1 receipt per day can use the FAST service. if you have a second receipt it will be approved on the next business day.

The transfer number is visible on the transfer receipt.

If you press SKIP then the Guideline for transfer to reach your Neema wallet is:

  • Sunday to Thursday upload before 2PM then approval on the next day until 10PM.

  • Thursday after 2 PM upload then approval sunday until 2 PM

  • Friday and Saturday upload then approval until Monday 10 PM.

The Neema app is not able to use PDF format documents. If this is all you have then take a screenshot of the PDF version or use another phone to take a picture of the PDF and then you will be able to choose the picture of the receipt in the gallery.
