    Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Neema.

    1/ Is it possible to add money to the Neema account with an international bank transfer?

    No, it is possible to add money to Neema only from Israeli bank transfers.

    2/ Does the cost of card activation include the use of the card for the first month?

    No, 40 shekels is a one-time payment for card activation only. if you activate the card in the beginning or middle of the month then that month will not require a fee of 10 nis extra. you will pay 10 nis at the beginning of the next month.

    3/ Can I use a non-Israeli phone number to register?

    No, you need an Israeli phone number to register with Neema because we send to this number a one-time password that you need to use to verify your number. we can only send this code to an Israeli number at this time.

    4/ Is there a fee for cash deposits at deposit points?

    No, you can deposit cash in shekels without commission. If the deposit point asks for a commission reach out to us immediately! If you want to deposit in US dollars then you will pay a 1% fee but this is only possible at one of our private branches in Tel-aviv or in Haifa.

    5/ How quickly will the money be credited to the account after deposits with cash?

    After making a deposit in cash - the money will be in your account instantly. Do not leave the deposit point without checking that you have received your deposit.

    6/ Is it possible to increase the limits on the card?

    No, card limits may not be increased.

    7/ Are there transfers to Russia?

    No, there are currently no transfers to Russia. You will be notified if this becomes possible.

    8/ How fast are international transfers from Israel to another country?

    As a rule, the transfer is carried out instantly when you swipe to send. Most transactions are completed in less than 24 hours. Some countries or banks will require up to 5 days.

    9/ How quickly is a transfer credited using BIT?

    Transfers using the BIT deposit option are credited to your account within 5 minutes after you approve the transfer from your BIT app. You need to have BOTH apps on your phone.

    10/ Can I top up my card through an ATM?

    No, it is not possible to top up the card through an ATM.

    The card is not loaded directly. You need to deposit money in your Neema account and then transfer the money to the card. You can top up your card from your dollar account only if you have no shekels.

    11/ How long does it take for money to be transferred from account to card and from card to account?

    This is carried out instantly

    12/ can I add my name to the VISA card?

    You can only emboss your name on the card at the main branches in Haifa and Tel Aviv. At other branches, you will receive a card with the Neema logo, but the card will be connected to your name and telephone number as soon as you activate it inside your app.

    13/ Is there a fee for withdrawing money in cash at deposit points?

    Yes, Minimum fee is 10 ₪. For amounts 2000 ₪ and above, the fee is 0.5% up to a maximum of 50 ₪. However, You can only withdraw money from the main branches in Haifa and Tel Aviv. There is no fee for withdrawals in US dollars.

    14/ How long until my bank transfer to Neema will be in my account?

    Here is the timeline for transfers to reach your Neema wallet: UP TO 48 hours without the FAST option and SAME day with the FAST option (from DOAR bank only using confirmation number and amount)

    15/ can I receive 2 bank transfers to my Neema account on the same day?

    Neema can only approve one receipt per day. if you upload more than one receipt it will be deleted. If you have 2 receipts (one of 6000 and the second of 1500 for example) then upload 1 and wait for the first one to be approved before uploading the second one.

16/ What are the Neema 2 Neema Limits?

Neema 2 Neema (N2N) fees are tiered and you are charged based on usage. The limits reset each month on the first of the month. It is possible to send to any Neema user that is already registered to Neema. If the user is not registered then he/she will receive a text message with a link to download the app so that he can open a Neema account and receive your transfer.

17/ How can you reach us in case you have any questions?

First of all, as soon as you open the application on your phone, on the top right-hand side, there is a chat option with three dots on it. You could press on it and have a chat with our team. 18/ I am from India, can I send money to another country?

Of course! you can send to any of the countries that are offered inside the app. this means that if you from India you may send to England or Nepal. No problem! Enjoy!
