MOVii is a digital wallet that lets you receive your money directly on your phone — no banks, no lines.
Make sure your account is active and verified.

🔹 Step 0 – Set Up or Activate Your MOVii Account

Download MOVii from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Sign up using your Colombian ID (cédula) and your mobile number.
Complete the identity verification (upload ID + selfie).
Once approved, your wallet is ready to receive money.

🔹 Step 1 – Receive Your Transfer From Neema

When Neema sends your money, you’ll get a notification or SMS.
Open the MOVii app.
On the main screen, tap “Your balance” or go to “Movements”.
You’ll see a new incoming transaction labeled “Neema Transfer” or “International Remittance”.

🔹 Step 2 – Use or Withdraw Your Money

Withdraw cash at ATH ATMs or MOVii partner locations.
You can also pay bills, recharge your phone, or transfer to another MOVii user.

DaviPlata is Davivienda’s digital wallet. It allows you to receive international transfers directly on your phone.
Make sure your account is active and verified.

🔹 Step 0 – Activate Your DaviPlata Account

Download DaviPlata from the Play Store or App Store.
Open the app and sign up using your mobile number and Colombian ID.
Complete the face verification and wait for approval.
Your account is now ready to receive transfers.

🔹 Step 1 – Receive Your Transfer From Neema

When Neema sends your money, you’ll get a push notification or SMS.
Open the DaviPlata app.
Tap “Your money” or “Movements”.
The new transfer will appear with the description “International Transfer” or “Neema.”

🔹 Step 2 – Use or Withdraw Your Money

To withdraw cash, use the option “Withdraw Money Without Card” and follow the steps.
You can also pay services, recharge your phone, or send money using the app.
Important:
- If this is your first time receiving international money, DaviPlata may require a “Declaración de Cambio” (exchange declaration).
- You only need to do this once, at a Davivienda branch with your ID.

Just make sure your personal information is up to date.

🔹 Step 0 – Activate Your Nequi Account

Download Nequi from the Play Store or App Store.
Sign up with your ID and mobile number.
Make sure your email address is up to date inside the app.
Your account is now ready to receive money from Neema.

🔹 Step 1 – Receive Your Transfer From Neema

As soon as your money arrives, you’ll get a notification or SMS.
Open Nequi and check your updated balance on the home screen.
If you don’t see it, tap “Movements” to locate the incoming transfer.

🔹 Step 2 – Use or Withdraw Your Money

To withdraw cash, use “Withdraw Money (Saca Plata)” and choose a Bancolombia ATM (no card needed).
You can also pay, transfer, or top up services inside the app.
For proof of payment, go to Movements → Details → Download PDF.

📢 Important Notes for All Wallets

International remittance limits vary by wallet:
- Nequi:
  - Up to USD 2,000/month (low-amount account)
  - Up to USD 5,000/month (full savings account)
  - USD 2,000 per transaction
- DaviPlata & MOVii:
  - Limits may depend on the account type — users should check in their app under Limits / Topes.
